Anything to do with a booking your group has already made: a change of date, a cancellation, someone who can no longer come. Put the booking reference in the subject line and it reaches the right person straight away.
Groups and codes
Trouble with an invitation code, a friend who cannot join the group, or someone in the group who is just under 45. Tell us the group name and we sort it out.
Venues and collaborations
If you run a rooftop, a café, a winery or a venue in Palma and think a SAL plan would work there, tell us the neighbourhood, how many people fit and a couple of dates. We visit every place before sending anyone to it.
